All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking.Appointments are not secured until the deposit has been received.Deposits are deducted from your final service balance on the day of your appointment.

We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in loss of deposit.No-shows will be charged the full service amount and may be required to pay in full for future bookings.

No Wax or Oily Residue - Make sure your hair and scalp are free of wax, pomade, or any greasy styling products, as these can affect adhesion. Detangle Before You Arrive - Lightly brush through your hair to remove knots or tangles. Avoid Conditioner at the Roots - If you do wash before your appointment, avoid putting conditioner directly on your scalp or roots.
