No Wax or Oily Residue - Make sure your hair and scalp are free of wax, pomade, or any greasy styling products, as these can affect adhesion.
Detangle Before You Arrive - Lightly brush through your hair to remove knots or tangles.
Avoid Conditioner at the Roots - If you do wash before your appointment, avoid putting conditioner directly on your scalp or roots.
