All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking.Appointments are not secured until the deposit has been received. Deposits are deducted from your final service balance on the day of your appointment.

A grace period of 10-15 minutes is allowed to accommodate unforeseen delays.Arrivals beyond this time may result in a reduced service, rescheduling, or cancellation with deposit forfeited. Clients arriving significantly late may be treated as a no-show.

We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in loss of deposit. No-shows will be charged the full service amount and may be required to pay in full for future bookings.

To preserve a calm, professional, and focused environment, additional guests are not permitted unless previously agreed.

Clients are expected to arrive with clean, product-free hair unless otherwise instructed. Failure to adhere to preparation requirements may result in cancellation of the service with deposit loss.

All deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. All services are final and non-refundable once completed. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
