Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

For hygiene reasons, hair that has been installed, coloured, or altered cannot be returned. Sale items are also non-refundable.

We only offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items received.

If you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve it quickly.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 - 10 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
